PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING AUTOMATIC KNIVES

Automatic Knives can only be sold to Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement, Active Military, EMT, Fire and Rescue Personnel, Dealers of Automatic Knives or residents of States where automatic knives are legal and you must be over the age of 18.

The Cargo Company's policy on selling any automatic knife is to comply and adhere with the stated Federal rules and regulations. As such, automatic knives can only be sold to federal, state, or local law enforcement, active military, EMT, fire and rescue personnel with proper identification (per government sales restrictions 15USC1244(2-4) See Automatic Knife Form for full details)

Please Note: some state, city and local governments may require or have additional purchasing restrictions; complying with these restrictions is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please print, read and complete the Automatic Knife Form and Email it with a legible copy of your federal, state or local law enforcement, military, EMT, fire or rescue personnel identification to The Cargo Company at customerservice@thecargocompany.com (Knife dealers send a copy of your business license, state sales tax registration certificate and a legible copy of your picture ID with the Automatic Knife Form.)

For residents of states where automatic knives are legal you only need to send a copy of a valid State ID and signed Automatic Knife Form.

An Automatic Knife Form is required to be on file at The Cargo Company before the purchase of any and ALL Automatic Knives. Only one Automatic Knife Form needs to be on file with The Cargo Company per calendar year.
